Our Loyalty Pack includes the next 4 SSS@Home recipe kits, with all the ingredients you need to create a generous meal for 2 people, plus a detailed printed recipe and video link. There's also a gift of a pantry pack from artisanal butter producer Pepe Saya. His flavoured butters are ideal for turning a simple piece of grilled fish, poultry or steak into a dinner to remember! There’s 100g spicy 'nduja butter and 100g of his wonderful smoked butter, plus a litre of buttermilk, perfect for making buttermilk pancakes or Mike McEneraney’s buttermilk chicken.

Here’s what we have planned:
  • 25 September: This is another of the team’s quick and delicious favourites: a super simple mild red curry of salmon with veggies. It's a one-pot meal that’s on the table in less time than takeaway, but so popular you’ll be getting recipe requests from friends and family (heads-up: we cheat and use Ayam’s excellent red curry paste as a base). It’s a mild curry, so perfect for the whole family and can be spiced up for the heat lovers with some extra chilli on the side. We’ll even send you the rice to steam and serve with it.
  • 2 October: Making fresh potato gnocchi is so easy and so satisfying; it’s also a great activity to get the whole family (or groups of friends) involved in. Gnocchi can be dressed with any of your favourite pasta sauces. This week, we’re serving ours with a simple yet deliciously indulgent crabmeat sauce, using one of our favourite ingredients: Ceas raw spanner crabmeat from southeast Queensland (a perfect freezer standby for fast and fabulous meals). You might like to grab a potato ricer to go with this kit.
  • 9 October: Who doesn’t love a good burger? Ours is a little special … on gorgeous Brasserie Bread brioche buns, made with tuna (but not ‘fishy’ tasting at all), it really looks and tastes like a great old-fashioned hamburger. There’s slowly caramelised onions and a quick cucumber pickle (both of which you’ll make) plus tomato, lettuce, cheddar cheese slices and a whole jar of Beerenberg’s delicious Aussie tomato chutney, plus cobs of grilled corn on the side with Pepe Saya’s wonderful smoked butter!
  • 16 October: This week we fire up the barbecue with Rockpool Bar & Grill head chef, Corey Costelloe. His grilled squid and clams steamed with jamón serrano, wine and white beans is a deliciously easy yet impressive Mediterranean dish, perfect for casual entertaining or family meals. And you can cook it in a frying pan if you don’t feel like firing up the barbecue!
