12/13 March: This week we’ll whisk you off to the south of France with fish fillets in a classic Provençal sauce of tomatoes, olives, capers and herbs. We’re featuring one of Australia’s finest fish, King George whiting, and serving it all with a side of sautéed potato and zucchini. Bon appetit!
19/20 March: Join us for a Greek Island holiday where we’ll eat delicious prawn saganaki in a rich tomato and feta sauce with roasted lemon oregano potatoes and a refreshing ‘mikró piáto’ (little plate) of olives and chopped cucumber.
26/27 March: Super simple and quick, these mussels in a creamy saffron-spiked sauce look and smell beautiful and taste fabulous! Pop a big bowl on the table with a refreshing green salad and imagine you’re in Normandy (French cider optional)!
